ETT's Maintenance Division offers property maintenance for apartment complexes, multi-family properties, office parks, homeowner's associations and high end residential
customers. ETT's Maintenance Program includes weekly turf and shrub care, fertilizing and landscape pest control, irrigation audits, and seasonal flower change outs.
Other services include mulch installation, landscape upgrades and annual palm and
tree trimming.

ETT developed the acronym POEM, for our maintenance crews to utilize on multi-family properties. POEM stands for pool, office, entrance and model. All maintenance related services are performed on these areas first thing in the morning, having these areas service first, offers you and your residents the use of these amenities without disturbing the use of these facilities. ETT's Maintenance Division specializes in transforming neglected properties back an "A" property. By working closely with management, ETT utilizes the Landscape and Irrigation Divisions to bring life back to a neglected property.

Each property is assigned an Account Manager that handles all of your service requests in a timely and professional matter. Communication is a key resource that ETT utilizes to keep you informed and updated with the maintenance status of your property.
